Q Do you have an enclosed photo booth?
No, our photo booth adopts the Open Air concept. Our equipment consists of a ring-light & a touch screen with an optional backdrop.
Q Do you offer printed copies?
Not at this stage. Our photo booth uploads your photos instantly to your online gallery, which you can then save or share on social media. Alternatively you can share your photo directly from the booth via email (or QR scan if using the touchless voice-activation option).
Q Does the photo booth have to be indoors?
Preferably yes, though we’re flexible if weather is not a factor & provided it’s still close to a power source so let us know & we’ll be happy to accommodate if we can.
Q Do you need a power outlet?
Yes, we will need access to a standard single power outlet within 10m of the booth location.
Q How far do you travel and are there travel fees?
Travel is free within a 45km radius of Loganholme, 4129 QLD. An additional travel fee will be included in your invoice if your venue is greater than a 45km radius of Loganholme — sorry we are unable to provide our services if your venue is greater than 80km.
Q Can we extend our time on the day if we’re having too much fun?
Of course! Although please note it’s an additional $100 per hour.
Q Is the photo booth suitable for kids?
Absolutely! But please ensure they are being respectful towards the equipment as you will be liable for any damages caused.
Q Can we smoke around the photobooth?
Please don't smoke around our equipment as it is all flammable and you will be liable for any damages caused.
Q What are the backdrop dimensions?
Both the Lush Wall and the Shrub Wall are 2.25m by 2.25m
Q Does set up time chew into my hire time?
Not at all. If possible we'll arrive at your venue at least 2 hours earlier and set everything up before your hire start time. The earlier we're allowed access into the venue the better so please let us know the earliest time we can show up.
Q The flowers are not permanently fixed onto the backdrop. Can we take them?
No. All equipment provided, including backdrop extras such as lettering and flowers are property of Open Air Booth. If you hire a backdrop and choose to go with a flower option then a $20 security bond will be included in your invoice in addition to your standard hire fee. This will be refunded in full or partially refunded, dependent on any damages incurred, including removal of Open Air Booth property (including flowers). Please ensure your guests are being respectful towards the equipment as you will be liable for any damages caused.
